Our vision is to be your partner in image and personal branding development, whether through face-to-face engagement or the digital format, as we transition to the new normal.

Our programs are designed to enhance appearance, heighten self-esteem, and polish interpersonal and communication skills. We run innovative programs on Personal Branding & Style, which include personal brand makeover, style strategies, color analysis, and professional grooming and dressing. We also offer a specialized program on Executive Presence and Leadership Branding for corporate and business leaders.

Ginny Villegas, AICI CIC

Certified Image Consultant

Founder and Managing Director, FLAIR Image Consultancy

Ginny is a Certified Image Consultant by the Association of Image Consultants International AICI and a Certified Corporate Etiquette Consultant by the Protocol School of Palm Beach.

She is the Immediate Past President of AICI- Philippine Chapter. A Fine Arts graduate from the University of Sto. Tomas (UST, Manila) with a knack for style, she received her image training and education from John Robert Powers (Manila) and the International Image Institute (Toronto).

After a decade of experience in image training and consultancy, she founded FLAIR Image Consultancy in 2013. She is Lead Consultant and Curriculum Director. Her image programs are well grounded on the aesthetic aspect of image and philosophical anthropology. She conducts specialized modules on color analysis and professional grooming and dressing.

Before setting up FLAIR, she had extensive experience as a freelance visual artist, values resource speaker and image consultant.

Rita Dayrit, AICI CIC

Certified Image Consultant

Rita is a Certified Image Consultant by the Association of Image Consultants International and a Certified Corporate Etiquette Consultant by the Protocol School of Palm Beach. She has been trained by the best image and etiquette professionals like Karen Brunger, AICI CIP, of the International Image Institute of Toronto, Jacqueline Whitmore of the Protocol School of Palm Beach and Lisa Richey of the American Academy of Etiquette. She finished AB Psychology at the De La Salle University.

Rita is also a family and life advocate. She sits as Chairman of Prolife Philippines Foundation and President of the Institute for Pastoral Development. She is the content producer and host of the weekly talk show, Buhay Parang Life, a program under Faith Watch.

Nasia Cammayo Reyes

Fashion Stylist and Creative Consultant

Nasia is a fashion stylist, fashion and lifestyle writer, and creative consultant. She likes to dabble in various projects that allow her to geek out on fashion and fuel her creativity. Nasia graduated from the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) with a Management degree. She then took up Professional Short Courses at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology in 2016 and 2019 to further enrich her skills and knowledge in fashion.

Nasia’s works have appeared in various publications and websites. She has also done print and digital campaigns for brands covering fashion, lifestyle, and beauty. She has also dressed celebrities and personalities for features, shoots, films, and videos.

Given her expertise in fashion, she facilitates the programs on Style Strategies. Her focus is on inspiring professionals to strengthen their fashion sense through trend appreciation merged with their personal style.

EJ Zara

Executive & Leadership Coach

ACC, International Coaching Federation

EJ is a recognized trainer delivering high-powered globally accredited Professional Development trainings to various local and SEA clients. His key areas of strength include leadership, strategic planning, organizational design and structuring and coaching among others.

He holds a Certificate in Global Leadership from the Thunderbird School of Management in Arizona, a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business and a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the Philippines.

He also has been awarded certification in Executive and Life Coaching by the American Management Association (AMA) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is also currently taking his PhD in two majors at the Ateneo: Business Leadership and Organizational Development.
