Ginny Villegas, AICI CIP

Certified Image Professional

Ginny Villegas has achieved the prestigious Certified Image Professional (CIP) designation with the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), the sole certifying body for image professionals. This remarkable accomplishment exemplifies her dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence in the field of image consulting. A recognized image expert both locally and internationally, Ginny served as President of the AICI Philippine Chapter from 2020 to 2022, further solidifying her influence in the industry.

A Fine Arts graduate from the University of Sto. Tomas (UST) in Manila with a unique flair for style, earned her Certificate in Image Management Mastery from the International Image Institute in Toronto, Canada. She is also a Certified Corporate Etiquette Consultant by the Protocol School of Palm Beach in Florida, USA.

Recognized as a pioneer in color analysis in the Philippines, Ginny is a Certified Color Consultant of the International Image Institute (Toronto) and a Certified Personal Consultant of the Korea Color Sensitivity Association (Seoul).

In 2013, Ginny founded FLAIR Image Consultancy, where she serves as the Lead Image Consultant and Curriculum Director. Her innovative image programs blend aesthetic principles with philosophical anthropology, ensuring a comprehensive approach to personal branding. She specializes in conducting tailored modules on color analysis and professional grooming, having successfully facilitated programs for esteemed organizations such as Development Bank of the Philippines, Security Bank, Aboitiz Power Corporation, Aboitiz Land, San Miguel Corporation, Petron Corporation, Diamond Hotel Manila, and Mercury Drug Corporation, among others.

Before establishing FLAIR, Ginny gained extensive experience as a freelance visual artist, values resource speaker, and image consultant.

Rita Dayrit, AICI CIC

Certified Image Consultant

Rita is a Certified Image Consultant by the Association of Image Consultants International and a Certified Corporate Etiquette Consultant by the Protocol School of Palm Beach. She has been trained by the best image and etiquette professionals like Karen Brunger, AICI CIP, of the International Image Institute of Toronto, Jacqueline Whitmore of the Protocol School of Palm Beach and Lisa Richey of the American Academy of Etiquette. She finished AB Psychology at the De La Salle University. She is a Maxwell Leadership member.

Rita is also a family and life advocate. She is a member of the board of trustees of Prolife Philippines Foundation and President of the Institute for Pastoral Development. She is the content producer and host of the weekly talk show, Buhay Parang Life, a program under Faith Watch. She sits as the President of AICI Philippine Chapter.

Nasia Cammayo Reyes

Fashion Stylist and Creative Consultant

Nasia is a fashion stylist, fashion and lifestyle writer, and creative consultant. She likes to dabble in various projects that allow her to geek out on fashion and fuel her creativity. Nasia graduated from the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) with a Management degree. She then took up Professional Short Courses at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology in 2016 and 2019 to further enrich her skills and knowledge in fashion.

Nasia’s works have appeared in various publications and websites. She has also done print and digital campaigns for brands covering fashion, lifestyle, and beauty. She has also dressed celebrities and personalities for features, shoots, films, and videos.

Given her expertise in fashion, she facilitates the programs on Style Strategies. Her focus is on inspiring professionals to strengthen their fashion sense through trend appreciation merged with their personal style.

EJ Zara

Executive & Leadership Coach

ACC, International Coaching Federation

EJ is a recognized trainer delivering high-powered globally accredited Professional Development trainings to various local and SEA clients. His key areas of strength include leadership, strategic planning, organizational design and structuring and coaching among others.

He holds a Certificate in Global Leadership from the Thunderbird School of Management in Arizona, a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business and a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the Philippines.

He also has been awarded certification in Executive and Life Coaching by the American Management Association (AMA) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is also currently
taking his PhD in two majors at the Ateneo: Business Leadership and Organizational Development.
